Sarah Vaynerman,

CEO & Founder

Sarah built Work From Om® to help organizations support their employees’ well-being and development, and manage stress in a world where the lines between work and life are becoming increasingly blurred. She created the Work From Om® model that has touched thousands of professionals nationwide and has personally led successful mindfulness trainings at more than 100 companies.

Sarah believes that the transformative qualities of mindfulness and conscious movement must be widely available and has devoted her career to building programs that are relatable and accessible to individuals from all walks of life and all levels of practice.

Before launching Work From Om®, Sarah spent nearly a decade in marketing communications, leading brand engagement initiatives for growing companies within tech and on Wall Street before starting her own consulting practice. Through the practices of yoga, mindful movement and meditation, she soon noticed profound improvements in virtually every aspect of her life, from sleep and physical fitness to productivity and personal relationships. Inspired and rejuvenated, Sarah completed her yoga teacher training and launched Work From Om® in 2014 with a mission to deliver the same benefits to busy professionals one company at a time.

Tracy Noh, Senior Teacher

Tracy, a former gymnast and frantic gym-rat, was introduced to yoga and meditation in graduate school. Tracy’s professor would lead a few minutes of mindfulness and simple yoga poses to re-energize tired, stressed students during long evening lectures, a practice that Tracy found surprisingly impactful. With a new appreciation for slowing down to enjoy the present moment, Tracy began to weave yoga into her gym routines and experienced profound improvements in both her mental and physical well-being, and found a mind-body connection that she never knew existed.

After years of practice, Tracy earned her teaching certification in New York City in 2013 and her love of yoga and meditation, as well as her credentials and experience, continue to grow rapidly.  She studies, practices and teaches many styles of hatha and vinyasa yoga that include Ashtanga, Dharma Yoga, Jared McCann Yoga and hot yoga, and has been leading corporate classes with Work From Om® since 2014.

Tracy believes that the practice of yoga and meditation, with careful attention to alignment and breath, increases strength and flexibility not just physically, but also to balance and connect the physical body to its mind and soul. Her teaching style is thoughtful and accessible to all levels, rooted in the belief that a balanced practice can only be built through openness, consistency and patience.

Eric Prado headshot.jpeg

Eric Prado, Senior Teacher

Working long hours in a demanding corporate environment, Eric had little time for self care. This led to a health issue caused by countless hours hunched over a laptop. Eric was in constant physical pain. Luckily, after physical therapy, massage, and acupuncture, Eric’s physical pain began to recede. Eric started practicing yoga to keep the physical pain at bay, along his journey he not only discovered the physical benefits, but began to notice many mental and emotional benefits as well.

Eric was hooked on yoga. It made him feel better physically and emotionally. He enrolled in 200 Hour RYT Yoga Teacher Training to deepen his practice. Eric had no intention of leading yoga classes, but once he completed his training, he knew that he had to share his knowledge with others.

Today, Eric practices daily and teaches multiple times a week. Even after leaving his big corporate job to start his own consulting practice, Eric sees yoga as a priority. Especially now as he needs the energy, mindfulness and mental clarity to unleash his inner light. Eric does not see himself as a yoga instructor, he is now and forever will be a yoga student that looks forward to helping others in their yoga journey.
