Join Work From Om® founder Sarah Vaynerman for Work From Om® 101, a 6-week beginner’s springboard for adopting yoga, meditation and mindfulness into modern life. Each weekly morning session is conveniently located in midtown Manhattan and will have you moving, meditating and soaking up valuable information and teachings. Between sessions, you will have access to yoga videos, audio meditations and worksheets to guide your progress, a Facebook group to foster community and offer support from your classmates, and two 1-1 calls with Sarah along the way. The series will empower you with a strong foundation and the tools to strategically build a sustainable mindfulness, meditation and yoga practice for your unique life experience.
