Thrive Meditation (30 Minutes)
Every moment is a choice, an opportunity to be who and how you want to be. This mindful breathing meditation guides your focus towards the highest self, which is always available as a choice in the present moment.
Deep Relaxation (15 Minutes)
When the mind is overworked, it becomes filled with a backlog of unchecked rumination and anxiety. This meditation will guide the body and the brain into a state of deep relaxation, allowing the mind to surrender, disassociate from stressful thought patterns and make space for clarity and calm.
