To welcome you the Wok From Om® community, we’ve recorded two guided meditations just for you. These guided practices are a small gift that we hope will support your thrive, whether you seek to access your highest self, or need some help to deeply relax and recharge.

  • Thrive Meditation (30 Minutes)
    Every moment is a choice, an opportunity to be who and how you want to be. This mindful breathing meditation guides your focus towards the highest self, which is always available as a choice in the present moment.

  • Deep Relaxation (15 Minutes)
    When the mind is overworked, it becomes filled with a backlog of unchecked rumination and anxiety. This meditation will guide the body and the brain into a state of deep relaxation, allowing the mind to surrender, disassociate from stressful thought patterns and make space for clarity and calm.
