Rose brings 15 years of practice in integrative medicine, yoga therapy, trigger point therapy and sports medicine to Work From Om® clients. Using her deep expertise in functional anatomy, mindful movement and breathing techniques, the Ergonomic Posture Clinic engages participants with valuable knowledge in an applicable and interactive setting.
